Is it really free?

Yes. Creating, previewing, downloading and sharing an invoice costs nothing, and there is no watermark on the PDF. We built it as a free tool from Blue Pearl Technologies.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can create and download an invoice without giving us an email address. Accounts arrive later as an optional way to save clients and revisit past invoices.

Can I add my own logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG and it appears on the invoice. The file is processed on our server and is never shared with anyone.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The whole thing is designed mobile-first, so creating an invoice on a phone works as well as on a laptop.

Can I send the invoice on WhatsApp?

Yes. Once your invoice is ready you get a share link you can send on WhatsApp in one tap, or you can attach the downloaded PDF yourself.

How long is my invoice kept?

Invoices created without an account are stored temporarily so you can come back and finish them, then removed automatically. Download the PDF to keep a permanent copy.
